FOOD FOR THE HUNGRY CONCERT featuring the music of Bob Dylan (solo then with THE BAND), Joan Baez, Peter, Paul & Mary - 50 years later - the need is still there

The Annual FOOD FOR THE HUNGRY concert FOODSTOCK will feature early 60's folk music and protest music of 50 years ago that is still as relevant today as it was back then. Our brothers and sisters in need of help is just as important if not more so today and what was sung back then is VITAL TO OUR NEIGHBORS TODAY.
This concert will be presented on a donation basis and all money to help pay for medical needs, rent, and food from Central Ohio Food Bank [every dollar given receives 10 dollars of food in return].  Canned goods and supplies [to see the list of best items to donate go to www.foodforthehungrycares.org for a listing of the top 10 needs] are also encouraged as your price of admission.
Presented by the Chautauqua Series in association with Knox County Food For the Hungry Drive, the Knox County Commissioners, Ariel Foundation, volunteers and the wonderfully talented musicians from our community, this concert will be a way of experiencing the music of the 60's and is a family friendly night to remember.
For those unable to donate or are part of our neighbors in need, please come to the concert as a Christmas gift from your community.
PLEASE - PLEASE - PLEASE FILL THE MEMORIAL THEATER (112 E. HIGH STREET) IN MOUNT VERNON, OHIO ON FRIDAY DECEMBER 4th - 7 PM and doors open at 6:30PM
